Don’t listen to old school fashion faux pas. White is completely acceptable to wear after labor day, tweed is not reserved for old ladies, and you don’t need to match your shoes to your bag!
Do follow trends from fashion blogs and magazines, but you don’t need to spend an arm and a leg to get the looks. Know your body type too. If you are straight and narrow, give the illusion of curves with gathers and ruffles. If you are more curvy, chose pieces with darts that shape you nicely. It’s not typically what you are wearing that makes you look great, but how it fits.

I actually don’t wear extensions anymore, believe it or not! But when I did they were Halo Couture 20”

But anyways, what are you doing differently to prepare this time around? Did you place top 15 last year? Also what's the first thing you're gonna do when you win this yeAr:)
Aw thank you! It wasn’t my time though. I had just missed the teen cut off and was the youngest contestant. I am focussing a lot on volunteer work, as well as having private interview and walking sessions. I started a nutrition plan where I have 6 healthy meals delivered to my door step every other day. If the odds are in my favor this year and I happen to be graced with the title, the first thing I will do is volunteer at an event for Dress for Success to raise awareness. Dress for Success is an organization that empowers struggling women to go get a job by dressing them head to toe in a stylish outfit. The organization is ran by volunteers, and the impact they have on thousands of woman’s lives each year is substantial.
